Will the stands work with all Bratz dolls?

Our stands are designed for Bratz with compatible footwear that has peg holes built into the shoe. While they work with many dolls, compatibility may vary depending on shoe style and the specific doll.

Our stands are made with PLA (polylactic acid) — a commonly used material in 3D printing. Because each item is 3D printed, you may see subtle layers or surface texture. These are normal characteristics of the printing process and do not affect the stands intended functionality.

Where do you get the designs?

We design each product you see on our website! Each design starts with an idea that we bring to life through 3D modeling software. This process involves creating the shape, determining the dimensions, carefully designing the pegs and their placement to optimize compatibility. From the initial concept to a finish product takes a lot of time, creativity, and trial and error!

Processing time depends on the items ordered and current production volume. 6 stands take roughly 5.5 hours to create. Ready-to-ship items can be prepared more quickly, while custom orders may take additional time for printing.

How should I care for my stands?

PLA is durable for everyday use, but it can be sensitive to excessive heat. For best results, keep your stands away from direct heat. If your stands need to be cleaned, gently do so with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid bending the pegs or applying excessive pressure when attaching shoes.

Do you take custom requests (shapes, designs, or colors not listed)?

We are always open to discussing possibilities with customers to make your vision come to life. Please note that some designs may not be possible or may require a designing fee. We cannot print and sell any designs made by others.

What if I have an issue with my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us with your order information and photos of the issue so we can review and work towards the appropriate solution. Please note, we will not provide refunds for compatibility issues as it is the customers responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
